Adult Workshops

  • All of our classes must be paid for in advance, either via 247 or cash, WeChat wallet or Alipay.
  • Cancellation over 5 days in advance: we can offer you a full refund or transfer your payment to another available class.
  • Cancellation 2-5 days in advance: we can offer you a 50% refund or transfer your payment to another available class.
  • Cancellation the day before or on the day of the workshop will not receive a refund. If there is another available class you can transfer your booking by paying an additional 50% of the value of the new workshop.
  • Our classes require a minimum of 2 people in order to run. Should we need to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund. We will aim to give you 24 hours notice in advance of this occurance.

Kids Sewing Workshops

  • A deposit of 400rmb is required to book your child's spot. The remaining balance can be paid at any time up until the first class date. Should you wish to cancel your child's spot, this deposit is non-refundable.
  • Your child is entitled to two catch up classes during the course. They will be allowed to join any other sewing class running during the week, although advance notice of this should be given so that we can prepare their projects accordingly.
  • Any other missed sessions can be caught up at the additional cost of 300rmb/session.

Kids Holiday Camps

  • A deposit of 400rmb is required to book your child's spot. The remaining balance can be paid at any time up until the first class date. Should you wish to cancel your child's spot, this deposit is non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be given because of student absence. 

Parties

Once you have decided to book a party with us, please give us a rough number of guests coming. We will require a deposit of 500rmb to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the party.
